How does the IntegraHRIS 365 work?
After you have subscribed, you will be receiving a download link in your email. Simply download and install the system on your computer or database. Afterwards, the system may be accessed on any computer/ tablet/ phone via browser.
What is the advantage of HRIS on-premise over cloud?
Both versions work perfectly depending on your preference. If your concern is data security, then on-premise is better since you hold your own data and it is not exposed to third party providers.
Is our data safe?
Yes, absolutely. We take the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) seriously, so we made sure that the system and your company is fully compliant. The system has passed vulnerability and penetration testing and all personal data are fully encrypted.
What are the payment options?
We accept online payments only via our website. Simply “subscribe” to your chosen plan, and follow all instructions on the checkout page. We accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal. Rest assured that we do not keep any of your credit card details on our records.
How long is the contract subscription?
Minimum subscription is 1 year and you have an option to be billed Monthly or Annually. If you choose the one-time payment for the 1 year subscription, you’ll automatically have a discount.
Do I need to register an account?
Yes. It is required for you to be able to see your subscription history, check status, save billing and other important details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
By default, the system automatically renews your subscription. If you wish to unsubscribe, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process your un-subscription immediately. Please note that the subscriptions periods are on an annual basis.
